Donald Selamolela Engrafted Legacy is a youth-centered upliftment organisation.

The organization strives to sculpt future global leadership through mentoring, role modelling, networking and creating pathways for youth people to stimulate their passion and maximize their potential.
The organisation seeks to create future leaders who are all-round in approach. These are young leaders who will appreciate the inter-relationship between human existence and the environment. These are future leaders who own their daily endeavours and will place protection, care and preservation of the environment on top of their actions.

The organisation brings together under one roof young people from various environments with the aim to mentor them and model them for future leadership roles in society

DSEL has a specific bias toward youth that previously marginalised backgrounds and particularly the rural and township youth. Although educational support is at the centre of the organization’s work and support. The organisation gives support to youth in other fields beyond education such as sports and recreation, performing arts etc.

FOREWORD

Donald Selamolela
CEO Founder

I strongly hold that no man can reach greater freedom unless he works hard for the freedom of others. The internal peace of every human being should rely mainly on how much one gives back to the greater being of the environment.

It is against this background that after almost two decades of Public Service. One had to take a pause and start reflecting on how great one can contribute to the triumph of humanity. In one’s reflections, the two statements came as an answer to my questions I have come to appreciate that I can never enjoy greater peace and freedom unless I work hard to ensure the freedom of others. I in the same view appreciated the fact that inner peace can only come when I contribute to the greater being of the environment.

The DSEL initiative aims to create a unity of purpose between human beings and the environment. I place it at the disposal of humanity for sculpting future global leaders who will put protection, care and conservation of the environment at the centre of everything they do daily. I commit myself and the DSEL initiative to service humanity and the environment. We shall spare no energy in sculpting leaders who will strive for the betterment of South Africa and the world. “The future belongs to those who are prepared for it”
